This series is designed for reverse printing and lamination; therefore, it has no scratch or abrasion resistance.
For top-print applications, scratch and abrasion resistance can be increased by adding 0.5–1% PT-927 additive to the ink mixture.
Inks with top-print additives must not be used in lamination processes.
Lamination adhesion can be improved by adding 3–5% lamination adhesion promoter to enhance heat resistance and adhesion.
For laminated jobs, the retarder ratio must be properly adjusted; otherwise, lamination issues may occur.
To maintain ink durability, it is recommended to use a solvent + varnish mixture during thinning.
Mix the product thoroughly before use. Do not mix with other series products.
To avoid viscosity and color issues, store inks between 20–25°C.
Color options for this series are prepared according to Pantone, RAL, or customer sample.
Storage temperature: room temperature; maximum shelf life is 1 year from the production date.
